SURPRISE! Apparently… we launched?

Here’s the thing: We created the hardcover editions of Bye-Bye, Boobies first with libraries in mind and thought it would quietly appear in catalogues and sit unnoticed until we were ready for the "real launch" with the softcovers, scheduled marketing, and a little more emotional stability. 

But it turns out that people are already buying it all over the world including in Germany, Australia, and the US all before we even told anyone it was available.

So, yes. The hardcover is out there in all three Canadian, US, and UK editions. It’s sturdy, weaning-themed, and toddler-approved (in spirit, if not in vocabulary). Libraries often will choose the hardcover versions for durability, and of course, families can enjoy it right now too. Or, better yet, ask your library to purchase a copy for you to enjoy and that can be shared with other families in your community.

Softcovers are coming soon, definitely sooner than originally planned, at a lower price point which will help make it more accessible for more families. 

Canada is still waiting on the postal situation to sort itself out (see our post, Stuck in the Mail). But for now, the hardcovers exists, and are safe to buy. If you order one today, you’ll get the same finished book that libraries will eventually have on their shelves.

One note: With IngramSpark's distribution network it can take several weeks for  Bye-Bye, Boobies to show up on every site and in every catalogue, so availability may look patchy at first. If you see it listed where you usually shop for your books, that’s the real thing.
